Join us for this lovely day making a silver ring, a perfect one for both men and women TELL ME MORE......... We will start by choosing the width and style of silver for your ring, opting for a curved surface or flat, also whether you prefer a hammer texture or a plain ring. We will then measure your ring size and calculate the measurements needed for you before cutting, filing and forming your strip of silver. This will then be soldered before perfecting the shape and finishing the ring with a beautiful polish or a brushed surface. IS THIS CLASS RIGHT FOR ME?........ Whether you are a beginner or a jeweller in training, this is a great class. Please be aware that jewellery making can be tough on the hands, so if you suffer from hand problems it might be worth getting in touch to see if this is right for you. This class is for over 18's only WHAT SHOULD I BRING?........ We will take a short break to refuel, so please bring a snack if you wish to. We will also keep you topped up with refreshments and sweet treats. A notebook is a good idea if you are keen to take notes, as well as glasses if you need them THE IMPORTANT BIT...... Please ensure that long hair is tied back and that you do not wear floaty sleeves or open toe shoes. Your safety is our priority! Over 18's only This class runs from 10am-1.30pm, although the end time is approximate and may run over slightly Please note - We require a minimum attendance for this workshop to go ahead.
